Last couple of days

Hi -

It has been a busy few days between work and life, but here's what I have been up to:

Friday - 1 hour of cardio - 15 min on the bike, 45 on the TM - I had to miss my outdoor walk w/ my friend b/c of work. :( But, at least i did that much. I intended to add on some barre work, but didn't havve time.

Sat - Rest

Sun - Rest (long day of driving to visit DH's aunts - 3 hours each way!!!)

Monday - 15 min on the bike, 30 min on the TM doing Day 1, Week 1 of Couch to 5K (60 sec jog/90 sec walk for 20 min). I also did upper body, glutes, thighs and stretch from Exhale Core Fusion.

Tomorrow - Elle B's Grace & Gusto - replacement copy arrived - hopefully it will play well!Ok - gotta run!!Donna

Ugh, the drive sounds horrible. I hate long drives like that. We have a long drive coming up at the end of this week and I'm NOT looking forward to it.

oh no, sounds like your original dvd was messed up.... sorry to

hear that, that is frustrating and disappointing. i hope that

the new one is ok and you can enjoy your new workout,

Thanks, Carolyn! Fortunately, I ordered from and she replaced it ASAP and sent me a pre-paid envelope to return the defective copy.

I will let everyone know if the replacement worked tomorrow a.m.!
