I have a ?? regarding bone marrow biopsy/liver biopsy...

If one were to have Hodgkins or NonHodgkins, or any other kind of

cancer for that matter, would it always show up in the bone marrow

biopsy or liver biopsy? Can platelets be going up and down and that be

the only sign along with masses perhaps instead of it showing in the

biopsies? If anyone can answer this, I would greatly appreciate it.
