Guest guest
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01g4ks7 Heard this earlier, soon available to listen to on the iplayer. Includes Sandor Katz, the fermented food advocate. Interesting piece on fermented foods and the gut including a chat with 2 parents of children with Autism using fernented foods, nutrition and biomed, (about 10mins from the end). Thought it came over really well.
Guest guest
It was really great wasn't it! Sandor Katz was super and the coverage was very positive I thought (....an earlier food programme on pickling had, I thought, been quite poor and seemed at one point to confuse rancid and fermented). Super mentions re. health benefits and lovely to hear about positive effects for autism :-) > > > http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01g4ks7 > Heard this earlier, soon available to listen to on the iplayer.
