Guest guest
> is, do you have enough vitamin D and K? Those two vitamins help get calcium where it is supposed to be. Exercise also helps with calcium regulation. Some dietary factors can come into play too, such as sodium intake. **So calcium wasting is when my body cannot effectively use calcium? Unable to take supplements or manage chelation at the moment, partly because the book says 'dont obsess over the supplements' but that is the only way i can manage something is if i worry myself sick over it. Anyone know of a good supplier in the UK of vitamin K? Was worried i might be reacting to my supplements or something in them, planning a reintroduction. Exercise is a difficult one, im a wheelchair user due to my HMS but i do go out in my wheelchair which from a few hours time will be an active user one. Sodium as in have more? i try and eat bacon daily and also opt for salted popcorn at cinemas. -- is

Guest guest
You are welcome! What is especially intriguing here is that there is overall reduced bone density in autism … Reply-To: "Autism-Biomedical-Europe " <Autism-Biomedical-Europe >Date: Wed, 27 Jun 2012 14:17:57 +0100To: "Autism-Biomedical-Europe " <Autism-Biomedical-Europe >Subject: RE: Re: What is calcium wasting?
