Good morning!

I did 's Step Boxing workout 1. I wore my 1 lb weighted gloves with this one. 's wearing gloves but not sure if their weighted. I really loved this workout. The chore was so fun and the music was great too. I'm looking forward to workout#2.

After that I put in e Corn's Core Energy routine. For all I burned 292 calories, avg 136 and max 167
