Guest guest Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 After we got home I was surprised with all the walking we done at the hospital that I didn't have all my steps in. With and resting (he has to go to work tonight) I decided to stick with my goal of 10,000 steps (still haven't missed any since Jan 1) and then add on one of the new yoga routines. I did 15 minutes of the firm (cardio step mix) I did all this on the floor. Then did Rodney Yee Yoga Core Express. Interesting that there isn't any core work in this. I've never done a routine where Rodney is actually live and talking. What a nice guy. He has a gal with him I believe is Mariel Hemingway. This routine was quite different from what I'm use to. They do a lot of flowing of the arms and a few times they hop. Felt weird, but for some reason I liked it. Maybe it was just Rodney and Mariel that made the routine work. Guest guest Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 >He has a gal with him I believe is > Mariel Hemingway. * they did a set together called 'yoga now' which ive looked at a bit... a 30 min, 50 min and 2x 10 mins. this one sounds just like one of those... hops, arm swings and lunges included to warmup the body. i like the idea but it did feel a bit weird to me too. i would like to try the two 10 min ones again, maybe soon since they are very close to top of my spreadsheet right now. :*carolyn. ps: you people are reminding me of alot of videos that ive been meaning to do! thats good!
