To keep it simple, I just hung a calendar in my workout room. I can write in what I did on each day and total it up at the end of each month. It should be interesting. Thanks for the inspiration, ! I worked out yesterday and today. Today I did Cathe's Gym Style Chest & Triceps. I haven't done this one for a while. It was so tough that I reached failure on crossbody tricep presses and I skipped the bonus band work. It felt good to do it again though. Happy 2012, everyone!
