Guest guest Posted January 2, 2012 Report Share Posted January 2, 2012 Well, I was back to work this morning after a truly wonderful week off, and that also meant I was back to 5:45 - 6:15 AM Monday (and Tuesday) workouts! I did just the triceps workout from Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps (and the w/u and stretch). I know I've done the entire workout (both bis & tris) before but don't have a date for when and didn't have anything in my notebook about the weights I used. I generally used about 2/3 of whatever weight Cathe had except I did match her on two sets of one exercise. I really enjoyed this a lot. It was tough but not as killer as I remembered it being but maybe that's because I only did one body part instead of 2. I definitely went as heavy as I could, my arms were shaking towards the end with some sets. Tomorrow I've got cardio and was planning to do Tamilee's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast but am going to scrap that for something lower impact. Foot was better today but not perfect, we'll see how it is tonight but I have my long day tomorrow with lots of driving too (which seems to aggravate it) so I don't want to start out with high impact. I'm thinking I might go with Prevention Personal Training (Freytag) cardio workout 1. I like this DVD because you can program it for whatever workout you want. I might add in a quick toning section too because I'll have time for it but will see how I feel in the morning. It might also be nice to have a couple of extra minutes to just sit and breathe too!
