I had a wonderful chest night and went up by 5 lbs for most exercises.  Yay!  Four sets of seven:Chest Press (Flex)outside grip 40, 40, 50, 50inside grip - 50, 50 ,50, 50Butterfly Machine (Flex)

60, 60, 60, 60IsoLateral Incline Press (Hammer Strength)25, 30, 30, 30 per armIsoLateral Decline Press (Hammer Strength)35, 45,45,45 per armcardio:15 minutes Shwinn WindJammer15 minutes Eliptical  (til I got grossed out with Fear Factor / snake contest, BLECH!!)

15 minutes Lap Swim
