Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Today's workout was 30-35 min on the treadmill (needed "mindless" for this morning!) - I wanted to hit 3 miles so although I only planned to walk for 30 minutes I stayed on until I hit the 3 mile mark. I did a hill program that I clipped from a Shape Magazine a few years ago. Followed up w/ Exhale Core Fusion Body Sculpt and did the upper body, both lower body segments and the stretch. I think this barre rotation will help w/ my flexibility (at least I hope so - I'm sooo tight!). I also like the Core Fusions in that they do not focus on the dreaded pelvic tuck - I'm still too chicken to try the ab work since that "C" curve kills my back. I will stick w/ Pilates, planks, etc. for ab/core stuff. Although, I will say that the segments, although focused on upper or lower body do incorporate some core as well. And, Ellen's workouts also work the core - so I'm not really missing anything by not doing the ab work on these Core Fusion workouts (except maybe back pain!)Ok - better run, it is back to reality today....Donna
