Good job getting it done! Good morning!! It was nice to be able to get up and do as long of a workout as I wanted. As I was looking through my Firm workouts (VHS) I have left I wanted to do the one that was the very longest. I went with Total Body Shaping Mix. The box says 67 minutes. It felt like 2 hours. I don't know if it was my lack of sleep, bad eating or all the above, but my body just wasn't cooperating. I was huffing and buffing like crazy. I got through it all and that's what counts, I guess. So this week is more of The Firm workouts. I'm almost finished with my VHS tapes. Today I did Tough Aerobic Mix. I actually liked this one. There was quite a bit of high impact, but it was doable. Though I liked it, its a parts workout so not one I'm in love with keeping. It will add to stack for the garage sale in the spring.
