I did the Jari Love Body Rock on Sunday and for some reason my triceps are still TOAST but I'm sure they'll be fine by next week. I really should get in the habit of reporting my workouts here too, but since I've been laid off I know I'm spending too much time on the computer and not enough actually being out and about. I'll do Wednesday's workout on Tuesday though, since my son is home with me then.
