Guest guest
I've had this for years. Since I was a kid. My mother also has this. Don't ignore it, just be sure when you are cold, to warm up those affected areas. Not having good circulation in your legs and feet is not good. It gets so bad for me that during the summer in 90 degree weather my legs and feet are like ice. Not to mention, the risk factors for people who have diabetes and raynauds. I've never taken pills for this, just be smart. Rainy You know, I think I do have this cuz my nose and ears are always cold, too. And restaurants and office buildings kill me, I freeze. But I've decided I'm going to ignore this one for awhile since I don't want any more meds Thx, __________________________________________________
Guest guest
My sister has Reynaud's, her hands are affected. Her rheumy told her it could be very damaging if they stay white too long, so she is really careful to warm them up immediately when they start to get cold. Winter is obvious, but the one that surprised me was cooking - some things, like making a meatloaf, are really difficult for her because she has to stop and warm her hands so many times! She doesn't take any meds for it, just makes sure not to get cold. On 6/12/06, Rainy <rainysue19@...> wrote: > > I've had this for years. Since I was a kid. And, if it's important to keep warm to keep the Raynaud's at bay, I'll keep covering up Take care,
