I'm going to try to get through a lot of my Firm workouts this month. I'm going to throw in my new KCM Step Boxing this week. Finally got it and her Best Body workout in the mail. So I went with the very first one. Vol 1. with . Wow, it had been a long time since I've done this one. I only own it on VHS. Actually about 50% of my Firm workouts are on VHS. I've tried to copy them to DVD but most won't copy. I can't say that I enjoyed this workout. I thought there was more cardio. The second half of the workout is all on the floor. The leg lifts were hard but I got really bored with it. I burned 300 calories in the hour long workout. My avg was just 116 and max 158. I guess that's good because that means I've maybe outgrown this one? I'm on the fence about keeping it, but then who is going to buy or want a 1986 VHS lol.
