It is only 17 degrees here (this morning, it was 2 degrees when we sent the kids to the bus) so I sure wouldn't want to be walking outside (I'd invite the friend over and just talk on the couch)! ;-) I've lived in Michigan my entire life but still do not enjoy the cold of winter, especially when we had 40s just a few days ago! Friday - Run/Walk/Bike & Barre Hi Everyone, Today's workout was: 15 min bike, 36 min on the TM (I did Couch to 5K, Week 1, Workout 3 - which is the same - 60 sec run/90 sec walk for 20 min,I walked the rest of the time b/c I wanted to reach 3 miles!). I really miss walking w/ my friend - hopefully when this project is over we cna get back to it. It is really cold out, though, so I'm not misisng THAT part of it. I also decided to treat myself today and I did 4 segments from Core Fusion Body Sculpt - I did upper body, thighs, glutes and the stretch. I was pre-fatigued from the run/walk so I felt like I really struggled with this one today. I wonder if I should try to do barre first and then do the run/walk or will my legs be too jell-o like to run?Ok - better get back to the grind!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
