Guest guest
You're making me tired reading about your workouts !!! I'm glad it's the weekend for you too. Hope your planning on taking it off? D  Really happy it's Friday.  So this morning I did my last body part from meso 3.  I started out with cardio and did Spreen's Cardio Camp. I did the warm up to kickbox premix. This was around 25 minutes without the cool down.  This wasn't real hard and my heart didn't really get up that high, but it was fun and I sure didn't need hard this morning.   After I did that I put in Meso 3 and worked triceps. I went back to and did the stretch.  My weights seem wimpy and I think it's because the rest of my upper body is just so darn sore. I just didn't feel like I could go any heavier then what I did.  TRICEPS- 4 sets 8 reps Lying extensions 15 Seated one arm overhead extensions 12 Cross body kickbacks 13  With the way I'm feeling right now I'm thinking of doing this rotation every other week until I get all 4 weeks done. I'll see how I feel come Sunday night and if I feel good and refreshed I might pick back up with it or I just might do the TLT workouts for a week and come back to this. This rotation is much more intense then what I anticipated.  I burned 342 calories, avg 132, max 169  Have a great weekend!~~

Guest guest
Good morning! Since isn't going to school today and her MRI isn't until 12:30 I knew I didn't have to get up super early. I still got up fairly early though. I guess my nerves are getting the best of me. Sleep is a foreign language to me these days. I knew a workout would help my nerves even if it was just a little bit. Added bad news to all of this is that we have 3-5 inches of snow( we already have a couple inches on the ground from yesterday) coming along with ice. This will start around the time we will be about finished at the hospital. It's an 1 1/2 hours away and the snow band is from there all the way close to home. That sure doesn't help my nerves. I went with KCM Your Best Body #2. V-row 10 (these were too heavy, geesh) High pull 10 ( too heavy) Lunge 12 Bobbing squats- no weight Cheer press I started with 8, dropped to 7's and I was still frying Lateral raise 7 Single leg dead lift- ( I did calve raises) Lunge twist- no weight Alt. long curls 10 Side bicep curls 10 Squats 12 Planks Overhead tricep ext. 8 Alt. Kick backs 8 Curtsy into rev. lunge 10 Twist flys - no weight Floor exercises: Chest flys (singles) 15 Bench press 15 Bridge (single leg) Superman After that, I did the yoga stretch and then went back and did the stretch from workout#2. I think the yoga does is better then Cathe's even though its shorter. Anyway, had a nice 45 minute workout. Didn't wear my HRM today. Thanks for keeping us your prayers today. Have a great weekend!!~~
