Guest guest
I love those " I got it! " moments! Truly exhiliarating! I already can't wait to go running again (Thursday during lunch?) and your enthusiasm inspires me, Indy!Hugs I did this workout tonight, and I'll say I liked Chalene's Cardio Party a lot more! The music was rather weak, at best. It was " okay " up until the last (of 4) instructor's turn -- her cardio was Latin dancing. Sorry, but I didn't follow that at all. I doubt if I'll do that workout again. I had wavered between doing that, or hitting the treadmill again. I was afraid that Sunday night was a fluke, and I would not be able to run again. I decided to try the new workout. But... when I flubbed so many steps in the last section, I felt like I didn't get a complete workout, and decided to run for at least 10 minutes. That I did! Ten minutes straight! It wasn't a fluke! I felt I could have gone on, but time was getting short and I had already done most of a workout. This sudden " got it! " moment has happened a number of times with sports. I wish it wasn't quite so painful getting up to that point! Indyrose

You making me think I need a treadmill again. ~
Guest guest
That does sound good for those video workouts you think will be good but just don't do it for you. No treadmill here though (not much room for it and not enough interest to spend the bucks).
