Oh, I know this well! My left side is much worse and I can't cross that

leg over my right or lie or sit in any way that's not " straight. "

Physical therapists who are not familiar with RA are always trying to

get me to do exercises that tweak that joint, ha! And I've had epidural

cortisone injections in my lower spine but I think I'd skip the one in

the groin, ouch!
