That's the same doctor we will see, they just rang with a provisional appointment but have to secure the funding fro PCT first or whatever they are called these days, could there be a problem with that?

We have been referred by paed.

Going to drive, the man I spoke to on the phone assured me there would be parking spaces and wouldn't tolerate public transport anyway, would rather stick needles in my eyes!

It's the Rutter Centre, De Crespigny Park, round the corner from King's College Hospital. Nearest station is Denmark Hill, about a 10 minute walk. I took Henry in a taxi form King's Cross - cost about £25 and took about 50 minutes. When I went back on my own I got the train to Denmark Hill from St Pancras, but if you are coming from Liverpool St I think you would catch the train at Londn Bridge. There are buses, too, but the traffic's horrendous.
