AR needs to be within 12 months of the previous one, is it within that time frame?

Anyone know ifit's usual for AR straight after a tribunal, not had that before, but school have just given me a date for AR?It looks like win,Windsor them ie if they win then they will keep the statement the same if they lost they will amend, or is that not allowed?TIAVicky
