I figured it would be a good one to start with since I have been really slacking lately. I really liked this one a lot, I did both of the workouts on it today. I don't know, in my opinion it's not really all that beginnery, which is good for me, but if I hadn't exercised before, I might find this one kinda hard. I loved it though. It will be great for a day when I need to work out but don't feel like killing myself. Yesterday I did Yoga for Beginners II with Walden, I didn't like that one at all and I am going to get rid of it. Tomorrow I have to go back to work, I am not looking forward to that at all after a week off. I am also kinda pissed, over a year ago I had asked for an alternate work schedule in order to stay on my van pool and my boss denied it saying that he needed me there every day. Now, a girl that has been there less than a year asked for one and she got it. I am going to talk to him about it. He will probably not give it to me, but I have to ask. I am off to walk to the store now to get some tofu for some salad dressing I am making tonite. I am also trying to find an old fashioned shower cap, a good one, not the disposable kind, but they seem to be very hard to come across nowadays. So far, I have worked out every day of the new year, LOL and I have not yet put anything into my body that is not good for me, not even diet soda, which is going to be hard to kick, but I am gonna do it.
