I give it long term as maintenance because it doesn't colonise. Did you see any improvements from doing treatment dose protocol? It works pretty quick on me, takes a tad longer with Sam

I am now wondering how long to keep her on the sacc B when she goes down to 2 caps a day, what do others tend to do? Do you give it as a long term supp?

Yes, we are 1 week into the 6 cap a day dose and I have seen a good change in

her stools over the last couple of days. Long may it continue.
