Guest guest
Hi all, I might have done something very silly over the weekend. I got some liquid chlorophyll and thought I'd try see if it would help with ds' bowels. With just one tsp,he became extremely hyper, lots of energy which is completely out of character, he seemed uncomfortable, pulse racing, slamming himself against the sofa, rocking, could not keep still. This is a child who is always lethargic and prefers to lie down in same position if allowed and has to be prompted and supported to get up! I didn't give him anymore chlorophyll after this but gave two doses of charcoal, he is now calmed down (back to his lethargic state the following morning). During the " hyper " state, he did not have any seizures which I'd have thought might happen with his epilepsy. I hardly ever seen a " die-off " / " detox " reaction with him, on anything, so was really caught off guard. I read later that besides helping with bowels, it can help raise haemoglobin levels and improving oxygen. Is anyone got any ideas, is chlorophyll a bad thing to give, would it move metals? thanks for your help. emily
Guest guest
Chorophyll is fine, its very high in magnesium (the type that spins that methylation cycle per Dr N) which somewhat immobile kids find relaxing for their muscles. I would try again with a very very tiny amount Mx Is anyone got any ideas, is chlorophyll a bad thing to give, would itmove metals?
Guest guest
Thank you for your reply Mandi. I'll try again with the tiny tiny amount. Yes it was really weird seeing him suddenly move so much when he is so immobile most of time but also scary too as he did not appear to be comfortable (appeared more like trying to shake off something!) Would you have a link for the methylation cycle per Dr N please? Thanks, emily x > > Chorophyll is fine, its very high in magnesium (the type that spins that > methylation cycle per Dr N) which somewhat immobile kids find relaxing for > their muscles. Guest guest
Nope this was one of the few new things I learned when doing DAN practitioner Training ages ago, Dr N, Usman, McCandless and Boyd Haley. The type of magnesium we really need is in leafy green veg, probably why when we can finally get green veg juice into our kids it does them so much good, so its summat he said not that written down I thin k Mx Would you have a link for the methylation cycle per Dr N please?
