Hello, I really know how you are feeling.I was really nervous with my second

especially when he appeared and was another boy.

Are you breast feeding? If so keep going as long as you can. If not try a

formula that doesn't have sucrose in it. I am still breastfeeding and my 2nd is

almost two but I introduced nanny goat formula at about 6 months as well, it

doesn't have sucrose and I believe its easier to digest than cows milk. If you

are breast feeding avoid milk and gluten, and too much sugar, but don't stress

yourself out in the process, reduce as much as possible. DONT, vaccinate, use

homeopathy as much as you can for illness, trying to avoid antibiotics, and

calpol. Look at your baby's mattress, does it have flame retardment, if so bin

it, get an organic no chemical one? Reduce chemicals, cleaning products etc.

Use non glutenous grains when weaning, and avoid cows milk. Break all the rules

in those silly parenting books ,as in co sleeping 4 hr feeding etc, enjoy your

boys parent in ways that help you feel calm and happy, not in ways that you

think you should be!!!!

There was a really helpful article in The Autism File a way back I seem to

remember, you can get back issues.

The above is what I have done and so far so good, but there are a lot of more

experienced wonderful mums on here that will share.

Much Love

Belinda

Hi , I am an autism Mum plus a homeopath and CEASE therapist. Given your family medical history, absolutely do not vaccinate. Obviously because of my personal circumstances I work primarily with families living with ASC. Many of the families have more than one family member affected with autism/asc. No way when there is a familial disposition should subsequent children be vaccinated. Its a personal opinion but one born out of clinical experience. Great advise from Belinda. Very best wishes.
