I did the Timesaver Premix today and it went great. I did it at 7:00 and it is now 9 and my arms still feel a little noodly! Since you're doing less sets than the full workout, I was able to match Cathe on most weights, increasing my weights on most exercises from the last time I did the premix (October 2011). My success on those inspired me to go heavier than I thought I could on these too and it went really well. I could see my left arm is still weaker than my right and doing seated overhead presses I especially noticed my right arm was happy with 12s but my left was fatiguing more quickly (I used dumbbells so no help for the left from the right on those). I bought myself Gym Style Chest & Triceps as a birthday present from an ebay auction (seller said she bought it from Cathe's site so and she has good feedback so I'm assuming it is legit). Cost me less than $11 (free shipping too)! I'm hoping it will be here by tomorrow and then I'll do that on Friday. Tomorrow is some kind of low impact cardio, possibly a workout, not sure yet.
