Hi Everyone,

Today was Couch to 5K, week # 1, Workout # 2 (60 sec run/90 sec walk). I find this pretty easy, but I also know I have to start slow. :) I used the TM at 2% incline. I warmed up for 5 minutes and then continued to walk until I hit the 3 mile mark - somewhere around 35 min...I think! :)

I had wanted to do "Do More Pilates- Standing" but that was over 40 min and I was getting short on time so I did Core Fusion Pilates Plus - upper body, lower body and stretch segments. The upper body includes planks and push-ups and I have improved on both!

Ok - better run!Donna
