Also is it OK to use glass bottled mineral water to make it? One more question.. How much should I let my DS drink? At the moment he hates the taste and I am only giving him a few teaspoons full but I would like to increase this. Can you drink too much of it? Yes, i would say there is a limit because, depending on the state of your gut flora it could give you severe diarrhoea and vomiting, etc. Everyone's limit will be different.
