Guest guest Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 I didn't sleep well at all last night. I was up at 12:30, and maybe went back to sleep at like 3:30? Ugh.. I set my alarm though when I went to sleep at 3:30 knowing I wouldn't wake on my own in an hour. After getting some coffee down quickly, I started my workout. I did 's Your Best Body. I like this one quite a bit, but don't get big burns from it. Still touches on the muscles nicely. I modified a little bit here and there (instead of alternating, did double arm..etc). I shut my HRM off at 37 minutes and had burned 390 calories with my average at 128. On another note, I just got back from the chiro. I think my back is feeling better from ONE adjustment. Don't want to count on it too much though. I'm going again next week.Happy Wednesday Friends!
