Guest guest Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 I'm still going to the gym with Will later but I decided to lift instead of watching the Biggest Loser on the recumbent bike tonite. I just felt like doing more intense cardio at home, so to that end I did Turbo Jam, Cardio Party 2. It was a lot of fun! I hadn't done this workout in quite awhile so it seemed like a virgin. It had a bit more choreography than Cardio Party 1, and the kicks were fun - 123 front kick both sides, 123 back kick both sides, knee side kick both sides x2. I also really enjoyed the finesse - such a fun way to cool down! Off in a bit to do chest and triceps. For those of you involved with Weight Watchers - is it " illegal " to give out the formula that determines how many points per day you get? If not, what is the formula? Hugs!
