Guest guest
I believe that about 4-5 hours of walking/standing on a concrete floor at the trade show Saturday has inflamed my " Morton's Toe " problem. That's where the second toe is actually the longest, and the joint hits the floor slightly before the rest of the ball does. Usually my orthotics compensate for that, but I think the horrible flooring overwhelmed it. Anyway, the foot is very sore in the " usual " spot for that. It will take a little pampering and NSAIDs to calm it down. In the meantime, no running or any high impact. :-( I did Chalene's " Booty Sculpt + Abs " last night. I started with 10lbs for most moves until about half way through, then dropped to 8. I have some ab DOMs this morning, too. I don't know what to do tonight for cardio, though... Something light on the feet... Indyrose
