's Saturday workout

Okay, it is now 5:05 PM here in Calif and I just this second finished my workout for the day. I tried to talk myself out of it, but it's still January, gots to do it. Today I did Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio shred. I really liked this workout a lot. I have been neglecting my bells lately and it was tough getting back to it. I don't remember sweating this much for a long time. That last set of burpees was tough but I did it. I only used a 15 lb bell since it's been so long since I've done them. Thank God tomorrow is yoga day.

I hate Burpees. I would hate them even more in a Bob workout lol. Great job .
