I tried to talk myself out of it, but it's still January, gots to do it. Today I did Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio shred. I really liked this workout a lot. I have been neglecting my bells lately and it was tough getting back to it. I don't remember sweating this much for a long time. That last set of burpees was tough but I did it.
