Guest guest
At the beginning of the year, I think it was who gave me the idea of counting workouts each month. Now that January is over, I can say I worked out 19 of 31 days. A few of those I was out of town on vacation, and some other things got in the way. Still, I think I can do more in February. How did the rest of you do?

Guest guest
, thanks for following up with us and helping hold us accountable! I got in 20.33333 hours in in January - not bad for being on vacation for 10 days!I'm excited to see what February brings, even though we have fewer days. I totally didn't log it but going to for feb! To: exercisevideos Sent: Wednesday, February 1, 2012 5:31 PM Subject: How was January? Guest guest
> At the beginning of the year, I think it was who gave > me the idea of counting workouts each month. hi paul ! thanks for asking this ! ive been wearing my fitbit only since jan 25, so i dont have enough stats for a month yet, but in february i will. i see that i will have to keep a separate log to note my workout each day, because it is a pain to go through all of the fitbit records to see what i did. i will start doing that now, so when you ask again at the end of february, i will be able to answer! please do ask at the end of feb to remind us thanks! anyway, i say that you, and pinky, did pretty good!! especially since you both had some downtime due to vacation, etc. way to go! and good job logging everything! :*carolyn. Guest guest
> Now that January is over, I can say I worked out 19 of 31 > days. hi paul ! this was bugging me so i went back into all of my records and found that i did 16 workouts in january. some days i may do multiple workout sessions, so i count number of workouts instead of days. i also think that i can do more in february... i felt lazy throughout january. so im going to set a goal of at least 20 workouts in february (although id like it to be 25 but i dont want to psych myself out...LOL) :*carolyn. Guest guest
I definitely need to pick up the pace a bit in February too. I did get back down to my pre-Christmas weight last Friday, but I want to make more progress. I'm thinking about ordering a few new workouts too. That might help! > > Now that January is over, I can say I worked out 19 of 31 > > days. > > hi paul ! > > this was bugging me so i went back into all of my records and > found that i did 16 workouts in january. some days i may do > multiple workout sessions, so i count number of workouts instead > of days. > > i also think that i can do more in february... i felt lazy > throughout january. > so im going to set a goal of at least 20 workouts in february > (although id like it to be 25 but i dont want to psych myself > out...LOL) > > :*carolyn. >
Guest guest
I rode 88 miles and walked 67 miles in January. That's not too hard to do with my commutes. I also started Chalene xTreme. I worked out all but 5 days in January. I was so happy to start again after that injury. This month I would just like to stay about the same. It probably isn't wise for me to ramp up too fast. What are you thinking of getting, ? I definitely need to pick up the pace a bit in February too. I did get back down to my pre-Christmas weight last Friday, but I want to make more progress. Guest guest
I had a good month in January too. I use Plan V to keep track of my workout percentage. So far I am at 74%. My goal is 70% for the year.... We shall see. Much more tough with a baby & 3 kids to take care of now!  I rode 88 miles and  walked 67 miles in January. That's not too hard to do with my commutes. Guest guest
darcy, if you are nursing the extra will stay for a while-a little is needed for milk production. if you are tired--rest when you can. being a mommy of 4 is exhausting!! stacey
