I can't find two payments for a WW class and spent most of the early morning trying to figure out what happened to them. Now I have to try to find them one more time, then call the participants and pray they don't scream really loudly at me. I've never done anything like this before and am so upset! I had Maximum Intensity Strength down for today but didn't have time or inclination to touch it so I went to a favorite and fast (Miracle Mile), just to get something in. It is only one mile but a fast pace and there's lunges, push-ups and crunches at the end so I felt like I got a more "complete" workout. I gave the walking my all, the first time in a long time too. I haven't had any pain in my right foot for at least a few days but now the other foot is starting up with heel & side pain very likely because the orthotic on that side needs further tweaking. I'm seeing my podiatrist tomorrow and hopefully, will be good to go after that. I didn't do anything yesterday because I woke up in pain and continued that way most of the day. I could have done something in the evening or maybe a core workout or something but just didn't. It's been a week of surprises and mixed up routines and schedules and that, along with the irritating foot stuff has thrown me off. I'm hoping by Friday all will be semi-normal (except my kids have that day off school, records day, so it will still not be normal)! ;-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
