Guest guest Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 Good morning! I knew I wanted to get up and do another old Firm but wasn't sure which one. I felt "blah" this morning so I chose one that I figured would be pretty easy. I did Sculpted Buns, Hips, Thighs (aka Lie Down & Workout). Yep, this was all on the floor. I didn't even wear shoes. I wore 4 lb ankle weights and felt a pretty good burn. I enjoyed the abs even though they weren't super tough. None of it was very tough at all. This one is definitely good for a rest day or when you just don't feel like working out, but want a little something. I have this only on VHS. I asked myself if it would be one I would do very often and it wouldn't be, but would be good to have around for these kinds of days. I'm on the fence on whether to keep it or not.
