Guest guest
I got this in a trade recently and thought it would be perfect for trying to get back to doing some cardio (especially since I didn't want to do ). I did the 30 minute cardio workout but it seemed to morph into the strength workout at about the 20 minute mark or so. I wasn't sure if it was still cardio but we were just using weights and not doing much moving around. I had to finish in 30 minutes though so at the 25 minute mark I just cut it off and went to the stretch. I'll have to do this on a day when I have more time or just watch it to see what happened. Anyway, besides the technical stuff, the cardio was very low key, low impact and uncomplicated. Exactly what I needed. I didn't work out much last week or or over the weekend, just dealing with the stupid foot (which seems better now) and my birthday and whatever else was going on. Didn't work out Monday either because the kids were off school and I slept too late (which I did need so I'm okay with it). Need to get my head back in the game. I'm not sure this workout really did that but it was still good to move. Gotta go, DH says there's water in the basement in a weird place (it has been raining allll day and now it is snowing). Ugh. It never ends... I need to workout again tomorrow to help with the stress!
