Triceps are fun, such a nice variety:Dip Machine (Flex)90, 105, 90Rope Pull60, 60, 65Standing overhead extension25, 25, 20 Tricep Extension machine (Life Fitness)60, 60, 55I did one set of biceps but I'm not counting it. I just got " bored " with it all of the sudden and wanted to spend time with Will in the hot tub, so I did I'll do biceps and something else at Studio LouLou tomorrow and at CAC will do shoulders and swimming.
