Short workouts this week

I get home at 5:15 and now I need to leave to pick up my son at 6:45 -- so I

need a workout shower and supper somewhere in that time! He picked up a 4-day

job helping a business move location. It doesn't leave much time for me!

Luckily, DH does the cooking.

I thought I was doing a good cardio last night -- picked a FIRM " Total Body Time

Crunch " for 25 minutes -- but it was sculpting instead. I didn't realize it

until after the warm up, and by that time I felt committed, due to my time

crunch. (That's why I picked that one!) It was a pretty good workout, though.

I've definitely had better, and I think for the time, a CLX would have worked me

harder.

I need to maintain mt weight loss lead! People are snapping at my heels! " Have a

cookie! " they say.. :-)
