I really like his style, although I think I could get board with the individual workouts once I had them memorized. It would take me some time to do that, though! I'm all left feet when it comes to a lot of choreography, whether it's dancing, step routines, regular aerobics or martial arts. I've always envied people who could watch steps once and get it down the next time through. Not me!! I had a rather bad eating weekend--DH and I went to a trade show, and ate from the concession stand. No salads or anything good. The man gave it to me so I ate it -- French fries and all. It's amazing how much damage that can do to your routine, especially since Saturdays are very stressful for me, having to deal with showering my mother and such.
