Guest guest
The ride home was thrilling. I love riding when it's dark. I have bright lights on my bike, so it's safe. My road bike is super quiet, so it just feels like I'm flying. Today I had to stand more when I was riding. I've been off the bike long enough that I'm really feeling that firm saddle. That sounds so awesome . I'm glad you're able to do these things you enjoy. ~
Guest guest
You are amazing ! I'm so happy for you!D  I did a bike/BART commute on Sunday (I worked), the first bike ride since last August. Man. For a while there, I thought I'd never get to do that again. Don't ever let me take this for granted. That was a total of 5 miles. It went much better than I had expected. Today I did the bike commute (5 miles total) plus CLX burn circuit 2. I'm still using super light weights and cutting down on the reps just to play it safe. Push ups still irritate my head, so I did them on an incline using my STS tower.  I am a little sore, but not killer. Tomorrow morning is yoga & bike commute. The ride home was thrilling.
