Hi Emma.

Try traditional onion gravy - tastes good.

If you are oven or pot roasting any meat,.

A) Slice a large onion and add to meat in oven dish/saucepan/pressure

cooker,

B) After meat and onion are cooked, remove meat to rest.

C) And add a small amount of water to caramelised onion and meat fat

at bottom of pan, bring to boil, ( can put oven dish on cooker top / hob

if need be ) scraping things clear.

D) Blend when a bit cooled down and there is your gravy .

You can even include garlic cloves with onion at start if you are brave.

Takes no time at all.

Miles.
