Turbo Sport 4, Eliptical, + Slow-N-Heavy Back

When I got home from work I was anxious to do Turbo Sport 4, so I did.  Still love it!When I got to the gym I was bummed I forgot my swim suit.  I did 30 minutes on the eliptical with Will to start at level 14 while we watched some stupid trivia game show where they loser falls down through the floor.  Anyway I kicked his butt at it :)

Next was Back, my favorite body part!  I love that in the heart of New Years the floor was empty, as usual :)  Influenced by my bodybuilder friend, , and all the new CLXers here I decided to go slow and heavy.  I did 3 sets of 6 reps, 8 counts up, 8 counts down.  It was challenging!  I felt myself work the negative more than usual.
