Guest guest Posted January 10, 2012 Report Share Posted January 10, 2012 My weight is continuing to drop! Yeah!! I'm over the monthly hill, and the scales are falling. Actually losing really encourages me to keep my mouth empty, despite temptations and cravings. It's working! It seems like I just got into size twelve, and they are already feeling loose! I've been alternating cardio and weights, keeping fluid levels high, avoiding salts, sugars and grease, embracing veggies and proteins, using the stairs and generally keeping off the couch. (DH and I are trying to straighten up 10 years of basement clutter, which will also help me expand my exercise area.) I haven't felt this healthy in decades!
