Hi friends! The bike commutes are going very well. I had planned on alternating bike commute days with walk commute days, but I'm having so much fun riding that I can't leave my bike alone. I love that bike! My legs are getting stronger, and that is an incredible feeling. The best part of my day is 6:00 p.m, when I hop on my bike and ride away from work, breathing in that cool evening air. Pure joy. I rode 5 days last week.

I did the second week of CLX burn circuit. I could probably benefit by doing one more round of Burn Circuit, but I NEED a change. I'll switch to Push Circuit starting tomorrow. I plan on doing two weeks of that, and then 1 or 2 weeks of Lean Circuit. I knew when I started CLX again that I wouldn't be able to mentally withstand 4 weeks of each phase. I just can't hear the same chatter 4 weeks in a row! Plus, Cathe is calling my name.

I started logging my food again on myfitnesspal.com. My eating got loopy when I was injured, and am trying to get back into better patterns, and logging food helps.  I noticed that myfitnesspal has partnered up with the fitbit folks. I like the idea. I use my HRM and upload my workouts to the Polar website using the Flowlink, but there's no food tracking there.  If I can enter all of my stuff into myfitnesspal, then I can abandon the spreadsheet I've been using and let the website do the graphs that I like. Less typing.

thankyou, ive been trying to remember who it was because i want

to check it out. i detest food logging on a good day and i

found the fitbit food log to be lacking. on my first day, the

very first two foods that i looked up were completely wrong, i

had to fix the values for cals, fat, etc.... so much for

having a database to look things up in. anyway i will go and

look at myfitnesspal and also see how it works with the fitbit,

thanks for reminding me.

Sure! Myfitnesspal makes it really easy for me to log my food on my iPhone. I really like that. I'll let you know how it works out. I just ordered the Fitbit off of Amazon. They had a pretty good price.

Yes, I remember that. And since I've been using my fitness pal for a long time, this seems to be a good way to go.
