I'm going to save them for next week. I pulled out a Firm DVD and did a workout from the "Collection" This one is Pump, Jump & Jab with Kelsie s. I didn't think I was going to like the workout at first because she flew through the warm up. Once we got into the workout I liked it pretty well. For the weight sections she says to pick up medium to heavy lol. I used 5's for the whole thing and it looks like that's what they were using too lol. Typical Firm, I guess.
