Guest guest
Hello, folks. Did you know that when you respond to a message, you can trim off much of what came before it and just respond to what you want to, and not have earlier communiques repeated and repeated? Its true! Just highlight and delete the earlier stuff before you respnd to a message, and all of our emails will be faster and easier to read. Especially the digests! If you need more instructions on how to do this, write to me and i'll give you step by step ones. ALSO I am convinced that most people are diagnosed far later than their first RA symptoms exhibit themselves. My first sypmtom, like others of you, was a severely inflamed joint where my big toe attaches to the rest of my foot. It burned and glowed and was swollen and so painful I couldn't wear a shoe. I went to two doctors about it who simplistically looked at it as an isolated injury, or a bunion, and although one GP did a RA test, she didn't do a sed or ANA, that i know about, and she didn't realize that someone could have RA and not have the test numbers on RA tests to indicate it. So...it was 4 years and total joint damage later, that I was actually diagnosed. VERY ANNOYING! Dana
