It's suppose to help you lose weight...it's basically heavy-duty plant fiber. I heard about it on the Dr. Oz show. It's suppose to keep you from over-eating/feeling hungry when you take it before eating. I didn't notice any difference...I'm still not sure it worked, I could have lost weight from just drinking more water. Have you ever heard or used PGX Daily capsules? I've never taken it in a capsule, though. I didn't follow the directions very well so I ordered another shipment of it to see if it will work better.
