Never heard of them, sometimes I do a colon cleanse with drnatura.com and that helps eliminate built up waste and you do drink a fiber shake for that.

45%                              115.39                        94.41I lost a pound and a half this week.  I'm not really sure how because I didn't start exercising like I said I would.   Only thing I did different was take PGX Daily before my meals with a glass of water.  It's suppose to help you lose weight...it's basically heavy-duty plant fiber.  I heard about it on the Dr. Oz show.  It's suppose to keep you from over-eating/feeling hungry when you take it before eating.  I didn't notice any difference...I'm still not sure it worked, I could have lost weight from just drinking more water.

Nice results for the week. I don't know anything about that supplement, although I do think plant fiber is a good thing. I've never taken it in a capsule, though.

I usually use Fiber One 80 for breakfast as my fiber supplement, plus a lunch

salad.

I heard it on Dr. Oz. He said that his wife takes it so I thought I would give it a try. It does more than just weight loss. I didn't follow the directions very well so I ordered another shipment of it to see if it will work better. Jen
