Hi Everyone,I'm hoping to take a mid-day break and walk w/ my friend today - we won't be able to do our long walk, but it will be nice to get out in the fresh air. Anyway, since we're planning to walk, I didn't workout this morning and just cleaned/straightened up the house - if it ends up raining a lot during our planned walk time, I will go on the TM. We have walked in the rain and I don't mind a drizzle, but one time we got stuck in a down pour and that was miserable!Oh - I think I'm going to switch gears on my rotation as well - I'm still enjoying my Ellen/Barre workouts, but I also want to try to follow the Classical Stretch "challenge" (which is to do some CS every day for 30 days). And, my current rotation just won't allow enough time for that and I'm not good w/ fitting in a second workout in the evenings. So...I think I'm going to

switch up to something like this (it will also allow me to work on my Couch to 5K program):Day 1 – Strength & Stretch Day 2 – Stretch & Cardio (Run) Day 3 – Pilates & Cardio Day 4 – Cardio & Stretch (Run) Day 5 – Strength & Stretch Day 6 – Stretch & Cardio (Run or Walk) Day 7 – Rest/Stretch Day 8 – Pilates & Cardio Day 9 – Cardio & Stretch (Run)Day 10 – Strength & Stretch Day 11 – Stretch & Cardio (Run) Day 12 – Pilates & Cardio Day 13 – Cardio & Stretch (Run or Walk) Day 14 – Rest/StretchStrength can be traditional strength or fusion or circuitsPilates can be traditional pilates or barre or fusion - So, basically Strength & Pilates days are almost interchangeable, but I think I need flexiblity these days! Cardio will mostly be the run/walks from Couch to 5K, Friays (day 6 & 13, will likely just be long walks w/ my friend)On Stretch days the emphasis will be a longer stretch session. I'm aiming to do a Classical Stretch session every day - but I know I need to be careful about overdoing it!The First workout listed is the "Main" one for the day - so that is the focus w/ the second as a shorter type add on.I followed something like this previously and enjoyed it b/c you really can make it whatever you want depending on what workouts you choose. For now I'm still going to be sticking w/ Barre/Pilates/Fusion but may mix it up here and there w/ some others. May throw in a Margaret , too.I also think my Essentrics workouts and some of the tougher Classical Stretch workouts can fit into my Pilates days -So, basically, there are a lot of options!

Which I think I need right now, I was feeling too "boxed in"!Ok - I'd better go so as not to make myself late this morning!!!Donna
