Guest guest Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Hi Everyone, Today's workout was 15 min on the bike and 35 min on the treadmill, for 20 min I did Couch to 5K - Week 1, Workout 2 (60 sec run/90 sec walk). I finished up w/ a recorded Classical Stretch episode from Season 7. I think CS is deceptively challenging, I have some light DOMS from my workout yesterday!
