Wed Workout - run/walk/bike & Classical Stretch (Day 5 of Challenge)

Hi Everyone,

Today's workout was 15 min on the bike and 35 min on the treadmill, for 20 min I did Couch to 5K - Week 1, Workout 2 (60 sec run/90 sec walk). I finished up w/ a recorded Classical Stretch episode from Season 7. I think CS is deceptively challenging, I have some light DOMS from my workout yesterday! She really kills you w/ her floorwork!Ok - better run!Donna
