This morning my friend and I did our outdoor walk - we did the 2 hour loop since we got an early start. Yay! I also did a recorded Classical Stretch from Season 7 (currently airing on my PBS station). I have done CS 6 out of 7 days this week and I can tell a difference - my flexibility seems to be improving, I feel better and I can see how I can put more into these workouts to make them more challenging (if you really focus on the muscles you are using you can take it to another level where is both stretch and strength). So far, I'm happy w/ my experiment for htis month!I also have a little DOMS from my Core Fusion workout yesterday - I think it was all the yogi-push-ups. You only do 4 at a time but they are interspersed pretty regularly throughout the workout. Ok - better run - One more thing though, CONGRATS TO INDY on winning the office challenge!!!!
