Guest guest Posted February 4, 2012 Report Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hi Everyone,This morning I did a recorded Classical Stretch from Season 7 - I enjoyed it! It was supposedly for "pain relief" but ended up being a nice full body stretch. I am definately feeling these workouts in a good way - b/c I'm getting more familiar with them, I feel that I'm getting some good strength benefits as well as flexibility.
